About the role

Sourcing for a potential candidate that has strong experience retrieving, manipulating, loading data in Oracle database. The role requires to work semi-autonomously, creating and testing migration steps. The role requires to work closely with project management team, technical team and client team in gathering information to plan migration steps, demonstrate results, and understand issues or defects which will need to be resolved.

Job Requirement

Possess at least a Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent.

At least 4 years of working experience in software development including Oracle PL/SQL development.

Experienced in creating Oracle procedures.

Experienced in Oracle performance optimization. Creating procedures which can handle huge volume of data efficiently.

Experienced in UNIX shell script writing is added-advantage.

Knowledge in Core Java, Java Enterprise Edition, Spring skills is added-advantage.

Experienced in data migration is added-advantage. 

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communicator in English (verbal & written).

Strong stakeholder management - who can work directly with clients and peers.
