The Maps Escalations Communications team is seeking a highly-motivated professional to serve as the primary contact for numerous Apple Maps business partners and everyday Maps users.
The analyst will investigate and resolve externally reported problems, identify patterns in those reports, recommend corrective action to engineering and data teams, and work multi-functionally to ensure that the most urgent issues are receiving the internal attention that they deserve. The analyst is also a data editor for POIs and traffic incidents who will use Apple internal tools to immediately resolve errors in those data layers.
The analyst will also maintain documentation and reporting related to their partner concern queues.
Strong written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and technical product knowledge and expertise are crucial for this role. Skills & requirements
Experience in account management, project management and/or customer service strongly preferred
Excellent conceptual, written and verbal communications skills
Ability to establish relationships across channels to drive success

Ability to maintain a positive attitude under high stress and multitask in an extremely dynamic environment
