As a Principal Office 365 Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and developing Microsoft cloud-based solutions for Intellinet's clients. In addition, you will be responsible for installation, implementation, integration, migration and support of M365 Security and compliance Workloads. You will need to have the ability to lead complex architecture and design white-boarding sessions for Microsoft 365 in both business and technical settings and assist with presales activities, including client development, product demos, and creating “Statements of Work”. 

Required Skills 


  • Passionate and diverse thinker 
  • Experience: 5+ years of success in consultative and deployment projects, design, implementation, and/or support of Microsoft Hybrid and Cloud Solutions 
  • Relationship Building. Proven track record of building deep technical relationships with technical teams in corporate accounts. Experience in managing various stakeholder relationships to get consensus on solution/projects. 
  • Problem Solving. Ability to solve customer problems through cloud technologies 
  • Collaboration and Communication. Ability to orchestrate, lead, and influence virtual teams, ensuring successful implementation of customer projects. 
  • Client-facing solutions delivery experience is required. 
  • Strong communications skills are required. 
  • Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences (Senior Executives, IT management, etc.) 


  • Hands on experience with implementation of Active Directory and Exchange Migration and consolidations with Microsoft and third-party tools (Quest migration Experience a HUGE plus)   
  • Technical experience with Microsoft cloud and hybrid infrastructures, designs, migrations, and technology management. 
  • 5+ years of professional experience engineering cloud solutions, including design, build and deployment 
  • Broad knowledge of and ability to explain key end-user scenarios and technical architecture for Microsoft productivity, security and communications solutions required. 
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance and how they factor into cloud and hybrid solutions required 
  • Understand cloud deployment and adoption planning. 
  • Experience with Microsoft cloud-based productivity, collaboration and communications solution designs, migrations and management of technology 

Desired Skills 

  • MCSE/ MCSA Certifications 
  • Azure Experience 
  • Experience with non-Microsoft security products 
  • Experience with various migration tools (Quest, Binary Tree, Microsoft builtin, etc.)
