Would you love the opportunity to join a flat structure where you can both learn from and support your team?
Join the retail revolution!
You’ll be working on large greenfield projects that will expand our global product, using React, Redux and/or Node.js.
Our 17-strong Agile tech team is made up for full-stack engineers, back-end engineers, QAs, and front-end engineers. As part of a small team you will get a great opportunity to make an impact on our greenfield application, which is iterative and continually evolving. You will join our collaborative environment where learning and development is prioritised, so you will be exposed to new tech and will get the opportunity to be exposed to tickets outside of your comfort zone.
We are a small, yet growing, team and as such expect all of our engineers to work with an aspect of independence, capable of creating strong work whilst keeping everyone in the loop, pairing when support is required, and expanding difficult problems to the wider team if you can’t solve it quickly. Collaboration is a key part of making our team function; we actively promote an open environment whilst giving you the freedom and independence to achieve your goals.
