The Information Technology (IT) Manager is responsible for the overall planning, organizing and execution of all IT functions for Hopdoddy Burger Bar. The IT Manager will partner across the organization to implement processes and systems to support accelerating growth of the Hopdoddy business. The successful candidate will be a working manager – able to help the organization plan for the big picture while also executing specific tasks. (S)He will share responsibility for managing an outsourced IT team. Qualifications and Expectations: Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field, or significantly relevant work experience. 5+ years providing IT support/solutions for restaurant or other multi-unit retail businesses. Demonstrated successful experience including: - Highly proficient knowledge of the most current technologies and products used in the industry - Leading IT initiatives and projects - PCI standards and methods - EMV standards and implementation - Restaurant systems to include: Aloha, KDS, Hot Schedules, CTUIT, OLO, WiFi - Restaurant Hardware, including tablet ordering and payment - POS administration to include menu management, integrations, updates and troubleshooting - Windows desktop administration - Identifies challenges and opportunities, evaluates potential remedies, and recommends solutions. - Install, configure, and troubleshoot appropriate hardware and software for support center and restaurants. - Maintain an in-depth knowledge of operations systems and strategic business plans. - Work cross-functionally throughout the organization. - Stays abreast of trends and regulations to ensure effectiveness and compliance. - Develops and maintains company disaster recovery plan and the protection of electronic information. - Develops/selects and conducts user training on an as-needed basis. - Perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required.
