Job description

Our client is looking for a Systems Integration Data Analyst to join their team in Houston, Texas. The individual will focus on designing, developing, and supporting interfaces across systems. The professional main responsibilities will be:


  •  Design, develop, and test APIs to correctly transmit data from one system to another; different file formats and scenarios.

  • Maintain and support APIs.  Ensure accurate transmission of the data in the right structure and format.  Ensure error trapping and correction procedures and capabilities are in place

  • Actively work with project teams on data migration; design and build processes for the conversion/migration of data.

  • Accountable for ensuring a process is in place to achieve unified API technical architecture and technology across all systems and regions.

  • Fully understand the data ecosystem to accurately define the right sources of different data domains to foster standardization and reusability.



Education, Experience and Skills Required:


  • Hands on experience with API and Data solution design and development.

  • Exposure to and understanding of ERP, CRM and the like, their integration.  Experience in an Oracle Cloud ERP environment is strongly preferred.

  • In-depth knowledge and experience with the following: - ELT. - Data design. - SQL-Server - Azure SQL database and data warehouse - SSRS, SSIS. - SQL development experience (TSQL, Views, Stored Procedures, Indexes….)

  • Experience with standards such as SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML, XSD, XSLT, UDDI and WSI.

  • Proficiency in writing and understanding of technologies such as SQL code, Visual Basic, C, C#, or C+

  • Experience with designing and building flexible and scalable APIs, reporting.

  • Programing skills in a large database environment dealing with many tables and thousands of records, across multiple systems.

  • Data Analysis, Data Modeling, Data Integration, Data Warehousing, Database Design.

  • Experience with SDLC methodology.
