Sr. Java Dev

6 Month contract, with potential for PERM or Extension

Complete Description: Designs, develops, and implements web-based Java applications to support business requirements. Follows approved life cycle methodologies, creates design documents, and performs program coding and testing. Resolves technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

Full Stack Developer for their Enrollment Project

They will be working on their desktop and mobile versions for their enrollment

50% backend and 50% frontend


Hard Requirements

Java 8

React is preferred – but will look at anyone with Angular 2 or above instead

Any spring framework – Spring boot is a plus as that is what they are currently developing their micro-services in but not required


Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines

Backend database such as Oracle or SQL
