This is a full-time, direct-hire position with a salary between 100-115K plus an 12% bonus. Our client has GREAT benefits as well including an automatic 3% investment by our client into your 401K each year with an additional dollar for dollar match up to 6%.

Principal Purpose of Position:

• Assists in the design, development, integration, implementation and support of SAP related IT solutions for Our client’s business applications as directed.

• Drives timely resolution of assigned issues through their entire life-cycle – Inception to Closure.

• Fluent in SAP project methodology and helps to develop project plans accordingly.

• Meets project milestones and deadlines in a timely manner.

• Leads crucial conversations during design, build, and implementation with various business stakeholders and peers from other cross-functional teams.

• Aids in defining, documenting and managing project scope, goals, priorities, deliverables and timelines that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

• Designs solutions and configures applications to support project design and testing, business needs.

• Working knowledge of data model for specific SAP functional area, helps with data mapping, and data enrichment activities during project, and creates queries to support ad-hoc reporting requirements.

• Communicates effectively with business to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.

• Assists the business users with activities related to software change requests, including creation and execution of test scripts to test business functionality.

• Creates End user training documentation, business process procedures, establishment of training plans, and helps to deliver user training.

• Identifies opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change.

• Leads in basic system configuration and helps to support SAP functional area to meet business requirements and bring to resolution to business problems.

• Develops and executes application testing and assists in coordinating testing with business users throughout the organization.

• Writes functional specification based on business requirements for development objects including reports, interfaces, conversations, enhancements, forms, and workflows.

• Performs all other duties and special projects as assigned.

Education and/or Training:

• B.S. degree required

Relevant Work Experience/Skills:

• Must have US citizenship or Green Card • 4-6 years of development experience in data conversion, data integration and data quality solutions • 4 +years of experience on SAP Data Services 4.x and S4HANA 1610 & above • Strong ETL concepts, data modeling and performance turning skills • Should have basic knowledge of SAP Functional modules and SAP Conversion process.

• Experience in building and running Function Modules in SAP ERP system would be an added advantage • Involved in at least 2 successful SAP Data Conversion Implementations • Experience in data migration into SAP HANA using SAP Business Objects Data Services (BODS) is a must • Must be very good in data base concepts and SQL Scripting • Working experience on Oracle or SQL server databases • Participate in Data Mapping workshops and follow-up meetings with the business and IT teams • Coordinate with business on specifying rules required to cleanse, standardize existing legacy Master • data to meet universal standards using industry proven unique Cleansing Methodology. • Design/develop/Unit Test all ETL routines in BODS. • SDLC lifecycle experience leading development efforts within data warehouse environment or data conversion with complex dataflow and data integration from multiple sources with different integration or conversion strategies • Demonstrated business knowledge or experience for specific functional area.

• Knowledge of excel including using macros a plus • Experience in BackOffice enrichment tool a plus • Highly effective communication / presentation skills • Strong collaboration skills and comfortable working in a team environment.
