Your new company Hays Facility Management has partnered with a leader in Facilities Management. This role will be in direct support of strong player within the Financial Services domain.
Your new role - You will be supporting an office setting with over 400 employees - Manage vendors and contract negotiations - Ensure facilities are properly maintained through both reactive and preventative maintenance - Handle budgets, office setups and other ad hoc projects
What you'll need to succeed - Strong experience supporting high-end facilities - Safety-focused - Ability to be "customer-centric", speak to staff at all levels - Assurance background is a strong plus, but not required
What you'll get in return This role offers a general base salary range between $85-95K plus Benefits package
