Comcast Manufacturing Engineering is seeking a Junior member to join our device supply chain engineering team. This group is the technical arm of the Comcast TXP device team with focus on residential & business supply chain operations:

  • New Product Introduction
  • Processing of returned devices in preparation for re-deployment including:
    • Clean & Screen
    • HW Test
    • SW upgrade
    • Repair & Refurbishment
  • Lifecycle analysis including cost and efficiency
    • Improvement of operational processes
    • Feedback into the device specification and development process
  • Technical warehouse systems engineering and operations

As a member of the Manufacturing Engineering (ME) team this individual will:

  • Work with the internal ME teams
    • Evaluate data quality for accuracy, integrity and comprehensiveness
    • Data driven assessment of device technical operations throughout Comcast supply chain
      • Quality
      • Efficiency
    • Identify opportunities for improvement/cost reduction
    • Drive improvements across supply chain organizations to completion
  • Work with the Integrated Supply Chain Organization (ISCO)
    • Measure & analyze device processes
    • Drive process quality improvements
    • Implement cost reductions


- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics or Computer Science related field

- 0-2 years in Supply Chain logistics and/or data analytics

- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for personal and team work

- Passion for learning and adapting to new technologies

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to think critically and work independently

- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned


- Programming experience with Java, JavaScript, Ruby, Objective-C, Swift, etc.

- Experience with/knowledge of database analytics tools

- Experience with database tools/languages (SQL, etc.)

- Experience with supply chain planning/quality/logistics systems
