Assistant Project Manager -- Retail

This organization has a long history of successfully delivering projects across various sectors, including Retail, Restaurants, Office/Commercial, and Fuel Stations. With projects ranging from ground up to renovations. They are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join their team.



Your new role

  • Prepare, review and track RFI's and Submittals
  • Support the PM within financial reporting and budgets
  • Review and submit the necessary change orders
  • Petition for and review quotations from subcontractors/suppliers
  • Support the Project Manager in various ad-hoc / daily requirements


What you'll need to succeed


The ideal APM will have at least 2 years of experience in a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager Role. Candidates much possess a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field. The most important skill for this role, is a proven desire to learn & grow within the construction industry.
