Job description

We are a fast-growth VC funded start-up turning the hotel-industry upside down - so it won’t get boring.

Some of the challenges you should be curious to get your hands on: 

  • Build and extend our state-of the art property management system as the backbone of modern hotelmanagement  
  • Develop microservices that help to automate 90% of today's hotel operations and ensure they are up and running 24/7 to give our guests the pleasant experience they deserve
  • Connect our property management system to many different third parties, from booking engines up to door locking systems and make sure the informations keep flowing   
  • Develop a booking engine and include payment providers in a way that people just love the easy and convenient experience of booking their next vacation with us   
  • Develop Smart-TV or Alexa skills that help to create an entirely new experience of travel
  • You have fun making sense out of millions of data points and generate an automated pricing, pushed online in near-real-time  
  • And sooo much more, we're just getting started :)

What will help you to be successful:

  • You know how to build user-friendly, data-rich JavaScript/HTML/CSS applications
  • You are experienced with modern JavaScript coding, graphing libraries, testing, debugging and automation techniques
  • You have worked with PHP, Java, Python, Node.js or any other backend programming language
  • You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and can communicate your ideas
  • You have experience working with backend and UX designers
  • A degree in Computer Science or a similar area are bonuses
