Job description

We are looking for a Front-End/Shop Developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. You will bridge the gap between marketing departments and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how our pages and promotions look as well as how they work. Your arena:
  • Develop new user-facing pages and promotional content
  • Build reusable code and libraries for future use
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
  • Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
  • Assure that all user input is validated before handover
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
Your entrance ticket:
  • BSc degree in related field of study
  • 3-5 years of experience in Front-End Development
  • Proficient English skills (both spoken and written)
  • German knowledge is a plus
  • Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
  • Good understanding of CSS pre-processing platforms
  • Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript 
  • Good understanding of advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such as AngularJS etc.
  • Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
