The Revenue Strategy Business unit at CS Energy comprises of Energy Trading, Retail, Market Outlook and Analytics functions. It also works closely with the Energy and Finance Risk management team.
As a key member of the IT Team dedicated to Revenue Strategy, you will provide technical development and support capability for ongoing enhancements, new projects and day-to-day support of systems, data, tools and technologies several of which are Business critical.
The role will be heavily involved in designing, developing, enhancing and maintaining Trading, Retail and Analytics solutions as well as in providing day-to-day BAU support (Incidents and Service Requests) for existing systems and databases.
It will include designing, developing, enhancing and maintaining ‘Data’ solutions as well as in providing day-to-day BAU support (Incidents and Service Requests) for existing systems and databases.
The role will also play a key part in new Projects and initiatives delivering fit-for-purpose solutions in line with a maturing Technology Roadmap.
You will work within a team of IT specialists dedicated to Revenue Strategy, to develop and support Business critical systems, collaborating with business users, and liaising with the wider IT team and external vendor partners, to achieve business outcomes.
In this very data driven business, the role will primarily involve developing & enhancing Bespoke applications, Data visualisations and Dashboards involving real-time data integrations. Using Agile approaches, you will design and develop graphical displays and reports to ensure the right data is available to the right users at the right time in the right format.
You would also be a key contributor towards implementing development standards and frameworks and migrating or re-building legacy applications using recommended tech stacks.
