Job Description

Purpose of JobSupports business, learning performance consultants and instructional designers to gather and validate technical learning requirements. Develops learning interactive, online content applying various instructional theories and principles. Assesses the learning outcomes that need to be developed, understands the performance expectations and gaps, and assists in deriving the appropriate learning solution. Performs moderately complex to complex work assignments and problem resolution across multiple human resources disciplines and/or CoSAs. Job Requirements * Produces interactive, online content applying instructional theories and principles. * Uses Adobe products such as Flash, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Photoshop, Captivate, Presenter, and similar tools. * Establishes and communicates projects details with internal business partners to validate that curriculum solutions align to business priorities and strategy for operational effectiveness. * Organizes and works under strict time and production deadlines, while producing quality deliverables. * Develops tools and processes to measure effectiveness of curriculum solutions and learner performance to ensure solutions meet employee skill development requirements. * Guides the business on strategy implementation in the pursuit of business solutions. * Conceptualizes, designs, and produces graphics for print and online applications. * Guides internal business partners through the process of creating graphics that adhere to branding guidelines and meets customer needs. * Acquires and applies intermediate knowledge of the business, its products and processes. * Gathers information, analyzes data trends, identifies root cause(s), and proactively provides information to the business or project teams. * Serves as a resource to less experienced team members on escalated issues of a routine nature. * Performs all other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree * 4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree. * 4 or more years progressive work experience in instructional development software to include training industry experience and advanced knowledge of instructional design tools and methodologies. * Demonstrated strong organizational skills, project management skills, multi-tasking and project flexibility.
