The company's management team has extensive experience in finance, data security, compliance, and business consulting which continues to fuel its rapid growth.Hiring Company is looking for an experienced IT Director to oversee Information Technology (IT) and Systems Administration functions in our company. You will manage a team of IT personnel, the company’s technology operations, and the implementation of new IT systems and policies. This is a hands-on roll where active participation in daily administration is required.The ideal candidate will be experienced in creating and implementing IT policies and systems that will meet objectives. The ability to prioritize, delegate and management tasks is key to succeeding in this role. The goal is to ensure IT systems and people are effective and functioning within the limits of budget, time and specifications of the company.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:· Oversee all technology operations (e.g. administration, patching, deployment, desktop support) and evaluate them according to established goals· Analyze the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs· Recommend efficient and cost effective infrastructure equipment and software· Inspect and monitor the use of infrastructure equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency· Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to upper management· Manage IT initiatives by business priority and be able to clearly communicate statuses to upper management· Coordinate IT, networking, security, database and desktop support technicians and other professionals to provide superior service levels to the company· Maintain and recommend relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts Eligibility Requirements:· Excellent organizational and leadership skills· Outstanding communication abilities· Proven experience as IT director or similar role· Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications· Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks etc.· BSc/BA in Information Technology or comparable industry experience· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server infrastructure, Virtualization, patch management strategies, and experience with Active Directory, Hyper-V, IIS and WSUS· Must be willing to submit to a background investigation and drug test as part of the selection process· Fluent Vietnamese will be a strong PLUSTechnology Requirements:· Windows Server, LINUX· Hyper-V, Containers· IIS· Office 365· Patch management strategies· Active Directory (policies, GPOs, OUs, etc.)· SSL/TLS and ciphers, SFTP, SSH, MFA· HP ProLiant DL servers· Proficient networking skillsThis job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
